These diamond belts are effective for fine and micro-finishing extremely hard metals such as chrome steel. The means of bonding give much finer finishes that the diamond grit grades would suggest. As an example the grade 80 might give around a P320 finish whilst the grade 400 would be semi-polished finish. They are useful for example in re-dressing chrome rods on hydraulic rams. The belts stocked fit the Finitube machine which is ideal for this kind of work.Specification: Diamond abrasive flexi-bonded. Low-stretch cloth backing. Size stocked 675x40mm suits Finitube machine.
