Rapid Roller Doors and Rapid Folding Doors use the latest technology to provide a fast open / close solution. Each is fully automated and contains numerous safety features. These doors are available in a wide choice of colours as shown after the product specifications. Rapid Roller / Rapid Folding Doors Specification : * Self-bearing structure in hot galvanised steel “sendzimir process”. * Border for shoulders in rigid black PVC profile. * Flexible mantle in PVC double-coated polyester fabric, class 2, self-extinguishing fireproofed. * 1 row of transparent windows (at eye height as standard). * Reinforcing pipes against wind forces. * Fold-up system of the mantle is facilitated by extra strong belts. * Self-braking asynchronous three-phase motor, power supply 380/400 V, with 2-3 HP (1,5 – 2,25 Kw) with rapid magnetic blocking brake. * Rotatory limit switch with double cam mechanism (open – close – safety). * Multifunction electrical control panel with integrated push-button panel. * Shaped conveyors inside the shoulders to allow the right approach of the mantle to the shoulders. * Release motor lever and hand crank for emergency manual opening (in case of power failure or breakdown). * Safety signals (against a white ground) on both sides of the 1st sector of the mantle with the following notes: “Caution! Automatic door” and “ No entry when door is moving”. * 1 pair of standard directional photocells. * 2 flashing lights 24V. * Electronic safety edge in conducting rubber with self checking board. * External START push button + Emergency STOP red mushroom push button. * Each door size (200mm, 240mm, 390 mm width) can be provided with an additional counterweight. * Wind resistance Class 2 and Class 3 (depending on door size). * Opening speed till 1m/sec (with reduction for big size opening).
