Ball Transfer Unit for Air Cargo

Alwayse Engineering have designed and manufactured a ball transfer unit for the Air Cargo Industry. It is based on our highly successful 32 mm diameter flange fixing unit and it is manufactured from 100% stainless steel material and is available with 2 or 3 fixing holes. The major ball has a diameter of 32 mm and can take a load of up to 125 kg per unit. As with all our Air Cargo Handling units it is assembled with 'no oil no seal'. This enables easy maintenance and has a lot less friction than a standard flange fixing unit. This unit is a new development, incorporating a multi hole drainage system, which is formed in the base of the shell. The reason for this is that it allows up to 6 times the amount of dirt and debris to escape. The part number for this unit is 3274 - 2 -15 for two fixing holes and 3274 - 3 - 15 for three fixing holes.
