Atlas Composites are industry leaders in design and manufacture of composite aerospace components, for both civil and commercial aerospace. Having attained AS9100 accreditation in 2005, Atlas Composites were one of the first UK composites manufacturers to attain the prestigious AS 9100 Revision C accreditation, the Quality Management Standard required to meet the rigorous demands of flight critical applications for aircraft composites, both fixed and rotary wing. The development and manufacture of modern flight vehicles is extremely complex; balancing design, ability, the technology and cost. Atlas Composites posses the experience and skills to develop materials such as carbon, glass and Aramid fibres used in composite aircraft structures. Our services include Research and Development, CAD Models, Master Patterns, Mould tooling through to Component Manufacture, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) and AS 9102 Compliant Final Testing.
