INSPECTION

At Axis Precision we use a Coordinate Measurement Machine to check each batch. This machine is a high precision and accuracy machine it precisely records the X, Y, and Z coordinates of the target. The Points are generated which can then be analyzed for acuaracy of the manufactured components. The Coordinate Measurement Machine can also be programmed to repeatedly measure identical parts and critical reports can be produced for customers to veryfy geometrical tolerancing and dimensions
