EMC Racks

Our range of EMC racks have been designed for simple assembly. The major component parts number ten, the top and bottom, four connecting uprights, two side panels and two doors. Can be delivered assembled or flat. Performance: 70dB at 1GHz.* Sizes: 19" standard - 42, 37, 32, 27 and 12 unit. Available in depths 1000mm, 900mm, 800mm, 700mm or 600mm overall frame. Standard Features: Full length metal lockable doors. Drilled air wave guides to take up to four fans. Rack upright supports to take most internal racking systems. Removable hinge pins to facilitate easy removal of doors. Four point latching (42 unit) on doors. Side panels bolted to threaded inserts in rack frame making them easily removable. RFI seals on doors: Omega beryllium copper low compression clip-on contacts. RFI seals on side panels: Monel knitmesh. Feet: Adjustable for level. Finish: Doors and side panels finished in textured paint over nickel plating. Frame nickel plated. Options: Shortened metal rear door with penetration panel below, not available on 12 unit rack. Fan trays with up to six fans. Set on four heavy duty castors, two lockable, load each 110kgs. Lifting eyebolts. Optional Glazed door. *Performance could be reduced by as much as 10dB @ 1GHz dependant on type and number of air wave guide penetrations. ALSO AVAILABLE RECONDITIONED RACKS
