Blakes awarded new Certas Livingston depot contract

Blake Group has been awarded the contract to supply CERTAS Energy with fuel storage for their new Livingston Depot. The order to fit out the new facility extends to five 30,000 litre TEBU tanks configured to three single compartment units and two flexible duel compartments in a 50/50 arrangement. Blakes are working closely with Trident Engineering who are undertaking the design and forward engineering for the project. Certas-Energy-Logo-430 The project is an internal fuel farm with Blakes manufacturing, supplying and installing all the necessary platform frames, gantry and access kit. These structural and secondary engineering elements for the depot will be manufactured by The Metal Centre in Livingston to EN1090-1 specification as with all of Blake’s steelwork as a CE Accredited supplier. The TEBU units are fully certified to meet Oil Storage Regulations for Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
