Assembly of forgings

Here at Bruck, we build turnkey components which are based on finish machined low tolerance forgings – such as complex swivel stacks which are well suited for the offshore oil and gas exploration. We can provide finite Element Calculations and customer support in the component design process as wll as weld overlay cladding of forgings and pressure and leakage tests. We can also undertake the joint welding of components and manufacturing of the corresponding welded steel construction, as well as assembly of forgings (swivels) in tightest tolerance frameset, including gasket systems and functional work simulations.
