Here at Bruck we can build turnkey components which are based on finish machined low tolerance forgings , for example complex swivel stacks which are well suited for the offshore oil and gas exploration. We can offer finite Element Calculations and customer assistance in the component design process ,Weld overlay cladding of forgings, Assembly of forgings (swivels) in tightest tolerance frameset, including gasket systems as well as functional work simulations, Pressure and leakage tests. We can undertake the joint welding of components and manufacturing of the corresponding welded steel construction.
