Another Successful Installation: CentraTEQ Delivers Advanced Vibration Testing System in Birmingham

Our team is currently finalising the installation of an ETS Solutions IPA60H/M437A vibration test system for a valued client in Birmingham. While we uphold our client's confidentiality, we're excited to share the details of this recent project. The vibration test system, equipped with a 40kN force for both sine and random vibrations and a 600mm square slip table, is now installed and awaiting final commissioning tests. Additionally, we've provided an 8-channel vibration controller to ensure precise testing procedures. At the core of the new installation is the M Series electrodynamic vibration shaker, designed for vibration and mechanical shock testing of medium to large-sized articles, including electronic assemblies, automotive parts, and aviation components. It complies with military and international test standards, such as MIL, ASTM, IEC, ISO, BS, and JIS. CentraTEQ's support in this project extended beyond equipment supply. We offered full project planning, including detailed 3D images of the layout and guidance on optimal placement of site services. In addition to the vibration testing components from CentraTEQ, our client sought to incorporate a temperature and humidity test chamber into their testing setup, which they sourced directly. Although we didn't supply the environmental test chamber, our role was pivotal in facilitating the integration process, ensuring seamless compatibility with our vibration test system. This installation demonstrates our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
