First-Off and Final Inspection Services

Just as important as being able to machine accurately, is the ability to inspect what we have just machined. To allow us to achieve this we employ a full-time QC Inspector who undertakes ‘first-off’ ‘and ‘final’ inspection procedures with 100% documented reports available on request. The machine operators are also subjected to daily random inspection audits.
