Zone Dome For Running Unlimited

This was an unusual project: the client already had the prototype up and running but wanted a smaller version designed using our insight into low volume manufacturing. The product was an immersive running machine, projecting videos of running routes from all over the world into a dome. We looked into the most cost effective manufacturing methods for each component and the volumes possibly required, then started designing the unit around these manufacturing routs. The end result was a cost effective product that could be called off as required. We introduced the client to our supplier network and oversaw and assembled the production of the first three production units to de-bug any issues. We were then on-hand as the first order rolled out and for the first customers.
