ATOM SpA was founded in 1946 and since then it has been designing, producing and distributing cutting systems suitable for industrial applications with over 150,000 different machines now installed across the world.

Recently ATOM have acquired the technology assets and intellectual property for the products which are designed and manufactured by Exact Technology Ltd of Northampton who also have an installed machine base across 36 countries.

Furthermore, John Howe Cutting Systems UK Ltd, the former appointed agent for sales as well as the service of the ATOM product range have amalgamated their business with ATOM SpA in order to create a brand new company.
