Plant safety is an ongoing endeavour, where it is impossible to be an expert in every field. The use of damaged or misapplied hose assemblies and couplings does occur and, to the untrained eye these hazards may continue to exist until an accident happens threatening not only plant machinery but also the well being of personnel. Dixon recognise the importance onsite safety holds and can now assist in your efforts to make the facilities you service as safe, efficient and productive as possible by offering hose and coupling safety surveys. The confidential survey would include a visual inspection of hose assemblies and related accessories and a professionally written report detailing all observations and recommendations for corrective action.
