Here at Edmo, we operate out of Ross on Wye UK. We are able to provide the global sourcing of bespoke extrusion profiles as well as the manufacture of quality extruded aluminium components. One of the significant components of the process of extrusion is the die. The die is a shape which has one or more apertures cut to a specific design.

The extrusion designs are passed to us by using CAD drawings or the more conventional paper drawing. From either the drawing or CAD file we are able to create the die through which aluminium, (either hot or cold depending on the method of extrusion) is able to be pressed and formed into the desired profile.The complexity as well as the size or shape of the cavity can vary according to our customers design requirements.
