Filton was formed by Mr William Murray, starting out by manufacturing conventional leather oil seals for rotary shafts.

Filton have been involved in the design, development and manufacture of a large series of precision made products for industries worldwide since 1942.

The company is a global leader in the production of Standard and Special Rotary Seals. Through our use of state of the art designs and sophisticated seal face materials, we undertake and solve a multitude of complex sealing problems.
