It is your reponsibilty to return the tool to us at your cost, please obtain a returns number from us beforehand. If you have sold the tool on, please provide proof of the date you sold it (your invoice to your customer).
The tool must be returned with its serial number stickers intact. When received we will, at your choice, credit the purchase cost (excl any carriage charges) or supply a replacement tool.
