Battery charging technology presented at Pack&Move

Every two years the Trade Fair for Integrated Logistics Solutions and Packing Technology takes place in Basel/Switzerland. From September, 9th until September, 12th Fronius also used the possibility to visit the exhibition and to demonstrate the possibilities of energy savings through modern charging technology by way of a speech at a forum. This year Fronius decided not to attend the exhibition Pack&Move but to take the opportunity to give a lecture at an expert forum about “highlights in Intralogistics – facts and trendlclose”. The forum was about the most important facts and figures on the Intralogistics market and about future technologies or “small” revolutions which will change the daily logistics in order to realize cost savings and efficiency improvements. The new battery charging technology and the potential energy savings when charging traction batteries was presented by Fronius during this lecture. Additionally new system solutions around charging batteries were presented. During the discussion round after the speech the audience asked interesting detail questions about the Selectiva battery charging systems or the Ri-charging process. The Fronius charging technology was shown at the trade fair on the partner booth of “Banner Batteries” in a Banner-branding.
