Fronius Energy Package for 24 hours of sun 22.12.2014 Spiralling energy costs, growing environmental awareness and the desire for energy independence – there are numerous reasons why interest in, and demand for, alternative ways of generating energy continue to rise. Both a PV inverter and a battery inverter at the same time, the Fronius Symo Hybrid achieves an efficiency level of 97.6%. Using the unique Multi Flow Technology, different DC and AC energy flows are possible in parallel. In other words, this means that the actual energy consumption in the home can be covered by the PV generator and the battery at the same time. Another highly efficient feature is the Fronius Solar Battery. Based on lithium-iron phosphate technology, the Fronius Solar Battery promises a long service life, a short charging time and a high depth of discharge. The storage capacity can be selected from 4.5 to 12.0 kWh at the user's discretion. The Fronius Smart Meter, an intelligent electricity meter, informs the user at a glance of just how much solar energy is available and how much electricity is currently being used: an essential tool for optimising self-consumption. With the Fronius Energy Package, Fronius offers a comprehensive and highly-efficient complete package for maximum independence, which can also be adapted to the owner's individual needs. An added bonus is that the package can even be integrated into existing PV systems.
