Precision Engine Subsystem and Component Design

Here at Ilmor we don’t just design complete engines, we also turn our hands to designing excellent engine subsystems and individual engine components for clients upon request. Our profound racing 'know-how' affords us the understanding to acknowledge the absolute importance of short lead times, attention to detail, design for manufacture and tightly controlled tolerances. Combine this with our component analysis capability and our unrivalled knowledge of the latest material technology and what we have is the ability to produce an unbeatable combination of professional-performance with lightweight and durable components, guaranteed with our signature style, precision and longevity. Components are designed using the 3D CAD system CATIA V5. Full engineering drawings are produced to enable the part to be precisely manufactured, which can either be done at our in-house machining facility or sourced through our extensive supplier network.
