Ionbond PACVD 650

The Ionbond PACVD2-M2-650T is an industrial coating system designed for the deposition of functional and decorative carbon coatings (DLC) on a broad range of substrates. The combination of PVD by means of sputtering and pure PACVD processes allows for the extension of the application field of DLC and leads to tailored coatings for customers’ applications. The Ionbond PACVD machine is designed for the deposition of various kinds of carbon coatings (a-C:H, DLC) and is equipped with: 2 plasma excitation sources (RF, straight/pulsed DC). 2 rectangular magnetrons mounted at opposite sides.
