Ionbond Roadrunner

The Ionbond Roadrunner is a robust industrial coating system designed for deposition of coatings utilizing Ionbond proprietary cathodic arc process. The coater features short cycle times, dense loading, use of advanced cathodic arc sources with quick target exchange, high reliability and repeatability coupled with modest running costs. The Ionbond Roadrunner is designed with flexibility in mind. Depending on the application and/or requirements, it can be delivered with the following configurations: 4 planar arc sources 12 round arc sources (4 banks x 3 sources each bank) 2 - 4 sputter sources A mixture of planar and round arc plus sputter sources
