We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new machine specially equipped to roll tube and flat bar helically. This new state of art cnc section bending machine will allow us to pre programme bending criteria. We can enter your staircase details i.e. radius in plan, overall rise and degree and the computer does the rest, producing the perfect helical bend thereby avoiding all the trial, error and hassle of manual trying to make your tube or flat bar fit your staircase. This cnc system allows for repetitive bending so each item is identical to the last, we can put multi radii in one length of material with straight sections in between, it enables the simultaneous application of pressure and rolling, there by ensuring smooth transition of curves to straight especially important with tube as this avoids creasing and necking.
