Heavy Duty Cut Up Line

Leven Bridge Engineering were invited to FIMI's production plant in Italy to witness the trial assembly of mechanical equipment including large and small straighteners, flying shears, coil mandrel, stacking equipment and roller tables shortly after being awarded the contract to install the new cutup line at British Steel, Lackenby. An engineer was supplied by Leven Bridge to set out the Heavy Duty cut off line and to control all alignment during the installation of the mill. Fimi supplied their own installation Engineer and two Mechanical Fitters to supervise the project.
