The most popular TSCs, with load capacities ranging from 50kg to 250kg, are listed on the London Underground Approved Product Register. For more demanding applications, we also offer bespoke TSCs with higher loading capacities of up to 1050kg.

Product Range

Our product range includes several specific models tailored to different needs:

• 50kg Lightweight Hanger: The Lindapter TSH50 is a lightweight TSC with adjustable features, allowing connection to a variety of tunnel segment designs. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, and the slots in the face plate are designed to suit M12 bolts.

• 50kg Standard TSC: The Lindapter TS50FP features extended side brackets, suitable for locations where the TSH50 cannot fit due to deeper tubbing rings, such as on the Central, Northern, and Piccadilly lines. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 100kg Vertical Hanger: The Lindapter SPBC is an approved method for vertical support connections, ideal for hanging cables or suspending ceilings. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 200kg TSC: The TSCFP is a standard TSC, designed to suit various common tunnel lining designs while offering a large capacity. Its adjustable side brackets attach to the heads of ring bolts on a wide range of tubbing ring sections. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 200kg TSC Reduced Height: The Lindapter TSCFFFP is specifically designed for 1” bolts and shallow tubbing ring sections, featuring a reduced height and smaller aperture. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 200kg Super Flush Fit TSC: This bracket has an even smaller height and aperture than the standard 200kg TSC and TSCFFFP, designed for the shallowest tubbing ring sections. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 250kg Extended TSC: The TSFPE is a more robust version of the TS50FP, featuring extended side brackets for deeper tubbing ring sections and an additional reaction bar to distribute the load and adjust to the curvature of the tubbing ring. All parts are hot-dip galvanised, with M12 bolt slots.

• 333kg High Load TSC: The TSCSBHL61 is constructed from heavier gauge steel for increased load capacity, with longer jacking screws for stability on deep tunnel segments. M12 bolt slots are provided, and a larger version is available for deeper tubbing rings and bolts up to 75mm across corners.

Spacers and Bespoke Solutions

We also offer TSC spacers in sizes of 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm, enabling the extension of the TSC face plate for additional clearance. These spacers are particularly useful when accommodating existing cables or rendering.

For projects with unique requirements, our Research and Development team provides bespoke solutions, tailoring TSCs to specific applications. This includes creating connectors with load capacities of up to 1050kg, ensuring the optimal connection solution is specified for each project.
