Regional Sales Engineer (North and Northwest Germany)
The Role
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our German team at Lindapter, the world’s leading brand for steelwork connections. In this key role, you will provide engineers, contractors, and distributors with expert technical support, ensuring they receive the highest standard of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to engineering and construction companies within the defined sales region.
- Offer guidance and support to customers, designers, and architects.
- Acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing business relationships.
- Deliver training sessions and product presentations to highlight the benefits of Lindapter’s technology compared to conventional methods like welding and bolting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the region.
- Collaborate with distributor Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Conduct ongoing business analysis of customers and competitors.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a similar technical qualification.
- Relevant experience in technical sales, ideally within the construction industry or construction sector.
- Strong initiative, enthusiasm for sales, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
