KEL-ER with IP 65 Protection

Inserts are placed into the compartments and then sealed tightly by affixing the lid to the base frame. Once the are in place they are fixed in and can not fall out, making assembly and installation easier. An integrated sealing lip on the backside of the KEL-ER is standard and comes with an additional adhesive gasket. The high pressure ensures strain relief of the cables according to DIN EN 50262 AND IP65 sealing. The new KEL-ER comes with a high IP rating of 65, suitable for extreme conditions. The increase IP rating is due to changes in the frame and gasket parts.
