Our speciality at Mini Gears' is the manufacture of gear racks for all types of industries including commercial aircraft seating, stairlifts, drilling machines, steering racks for cars, lifts and lifting equipment, valves, switchgear units and linear motion. Our in house rack division is extensive and has a wide range of machinery to cut, mill and drill gear racks which can be supplied up to 3 metres long with a pitch of up to 6DP (4 mod) maximum.
