We have a very extensive and flexible machining capacity, ranging from the smallest of sections to the largest of Aluminium extrusions. Our CNC machines have overlapping capacity, which run on a 24 hour shift pattern giving us the flexibility to run small or large batch quantities, whatever your requirements... we can fulfill!Services we provide include: -Supply of Aluminium Extrusion/Material -Cutting & Deburring -Drilling/Tapping -Finishing-Anodising/Powder Coating & Plating -Forming/Bending -Welding -Assembly -Pressing/Piercing We can also take your extrusion and carry out any secondary operations it may require...be it cutting, machining, finishing or assembly. Quality ISO9001:2008 accredited and with an excellent total quality management system we exercise proper care and control with every order... regardless of size or value! To achieve our objective of reliability and quality we carefully control all aspects of the production process. To this end we have built up a large resource of skills and machinery with the aim of performing all manufacturing activities in-house, under one roof! Aluminium Purchasing We can also supply extrusions, by working very closely with our global partner's we are able to purchase aluminium extrusions to pass on to you at very competitive rates.
