Steering Universal Joints

At Pailton Steering Systems we manufacture two different ranges of universal joints suitable for with bearing journal sizes of 13mm and 10mm. The 13mm UJ range has an operating angle of up to 50° as well as having the option of a re-grease facility. The 10mm UJ range has an operating angle of up to 35°. The end hole is able to be provided either plain or serrated; serrations available include 1×54, 1×66, 1×79, 19.05×48 and 22.23×48. Special sizes, shapes and serrations are also able to be manufactured in order to suit customer requirements and specifications. The 10mm range has a maximum end hole size of 23mm. At Pailton Steering Systems we also manufacture double steering universal joints.
