In July 2009, PTS signed a global freight agreement with UPS. UPS were chosen for their excellent record of reliability and service. Customers can track whole orders and also individual items worldwide through our Website Client Area. Email notifications are also available on all shipments in our customers own language. For our export customers, all orders are automatically pre-cleared through customs to their final destination to speed up delivery times and invoices listing tariff codes ensure that the correct taxes are paid.
