Our fully skilled and highly experienced engineers will:Supervise off-loading, unpacking, positioning and erection of the new machine as requiredLevel press and bolt down to floor or anti vibration mounts as requiredCheck lubrication points and will top up with appropriate lubricants as requiredThorough check for damage and touch up paintwork as requiredRun and test all operations and functions of the press, checking for any signs of heat after continuous operation for one hourComplete Installation and Safety Check list for Mechanical Press and fill in Clutch Inspection Report for insurance purposesCarry out Overall Response Time check for photoelectric light curtain, calculate minimum safe separation distance and compare to actual guard separation distanceProvide training to press operators, setters and maintenance personnel with the provision of written operating procedures and press training certificates as required
