Electrical Insulating Presspaper Grade 3 DDP

Diamond Dotted presspaper is constructed by applying discrete dots of 'B' resin adhesive to Grade 3 Presspahn. This is a well established method of producing an insulation system that can enhance the mechanical strength of oil immersed transformer windings, without reducing partial discharge inception levels. The adhesive dots are arranged in a pattern that ensures an offset relationship exists between the dots on concentric presspaper layers. Also available is Grade K diamond dotted.
