Parallel Slide Valves

A type of Gate valve with a flat gate of 2 discs, which can be raised and lowered vertically to the flow and completely moved out of the flow, causing little pressure drop in the valve. It needs a clean system to operate well, however it is very flexible allowing it to deal with wide variations in temperatures.
