***We can help companies within any industry to create specific planned preventative maintenance schedules for all types of conventional, NC, CNC or special purpose machines and pride ourselves on a quick response / solution to any customer requests.*** Our aim, whether it is a one off visit or a scheduled service visit, is to look after the needs of the customer by supplying maintenance reports on each machine we work on and creating a history of service for each machine. Maintenance schedules are generated around individual customer requirements and range from standard reports of the machine condition to full axes belt / bearing and spindle refurbishments. During a planned maintenance service visit we also provide alignment reports or rectify errors on machine axes where possible. Part of our realisation of production needs is to prepare critical spares for our customer’s machines to improve productivity in the case of a machine breakdown.
