Two friends with a joint experience of over 30 years in engineering established their own business, Sub-tech Precision Ltd, in order to take advantage of Great Yarmouth’s increasing role within the manufacturing sector.

Daniel Oakes and Carl Ross founded the company at Jones (GC) Way in November 2013. With Yarmouth hosting a thriving oil and gas industry as well as growth in renewable's and sub-sea exploration there is a continued demand for local engineering skills. Both Daniel and Carl believe that manufacturing is leading the way when it comes to economic recovery in general.

It is an extremely competitive area of work and both men know skill and dedication is required in order to succeed which is why they provide a 24 hr service. Daniel and Carl each have CNC and manual machining expertise whilst Carl also has fabrication and welding experience.
