Here at Tritex NDT, we manufacture and provide a range of Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges which are used in order to check corrosion levels and measure metal thickness from one side only, without removing any protective coatings.

Coatings of up to 6mm are completely ignored. We provide our ultrasonic thickness gauges internationally, suitable for use in all applications in which metal thickness is a concern.

All of our ultrasonic metal thickness gauges include Intelligent Probe Recognition (IPR), Automatic Measurement Verification System (AMVS) and Coating Plus+. Tritex Multiple Echo thickness gauges also considerably reduce preparation time due to the fact that they eliminate the need to remove surface coatings.
