Explosion Proof Ovens

The Vötsch VFT 60/90 Explosion-proof Heating and Drying Oven provides primary and secondary explosion protection measures for safe heat treatment and drying processes of materials with high solvent content in industries such as aerospace, chemical, paint and basic materials. The oven has been designed in compliance with device group II, e.g. suitable for solvents of temperature classes T1, T2, T3 and T4 and explosion groups IIA and IIB. The oven is electrically heated and designed in accordance with the fresh air principle. The oven operates at a temperature of 200°C with a working volume of 300 litre. The chamber is equipped with a JUMO dTRON electronic temperature controller for user operation. Additional shelving can be optionally added to the oven.
