By simulating different climatic conditions, athletes are able to prepare for specific competitive events and identify specific training requirements. Research staff are able to monitor athlete performance from outside the room by observing through the window and by monitoring physiological outputs. These walk in climatic rooms replicate a variety of temperature and humidity ranges.
