hydraulic/pneumatic component machining

We have recently expanded our capacity by investing in sliding head technology.
Our new Star SR20RII is a 7 axis twin spindle machine which provides simultaneous machining of both ends of a component, effectively doing the second end for free which can half the production costs allowing us to pass on the significant savings to our customers.

LIGHTS OUT

The Star machine is designed to run unmanned for sustained periods allowing us to run it 24 hours a day 7 days a week on suitable components, ideal for hydraulic/pneumatic components in large batches.
