Through spindle cooling

Our latest vertical machining centre shown above, gives us a very generous machining area. With a table size of 1250mm x 650mm and having the added advantage of a full 4th axis capable of swinging up to 500mm diameter.
This machine also has through spindle coolant enabling us to utilise the very latest modern advanced tooling, and so reduce cycle times over conventional dated machining centres.

HONING

We now offer a honing service which complements the cnc machines, giving a superior surface finish with increased accuracy in bores from 1.5mm to 80mm diameter.
