Single Lens Laser Cutting

Most modern day laser cutters use between 2 and 3 different lenses for focusing the laser beam. On high powered laser systems this is often 5″, 7.5″ and 10″ lenses. Our system uses a single 7.5″ lens and a special automatically adaptable mirror to cut through the full range of thicknesses at high speed. The fact that we do not have to carry out a lens change when changing materials increases our productivity.
