Zincast Foundry Limited has the facilities in order to produce castings from an extensive variety of ALUMINIUM AND ZINC ALLOYS. The most often used alloys are; Zinc alloy to BS 1004A ,Z3 or mazak Aluminium alloys to BS 1490 Alloys LM4, 6,24 and 25 being the most wildly used. Zinc/aluminium special alloys e.g. ZA27. Please refer to our materials page where you will find some brief design /application notes. We are well equipped with both COLD CHAMBER (FOR ZINC OR ALUMINIUM) and HOT CHAMBER (ZINC) as well as for GRAVITY CASTING (often aluminium).
