Our state-of-the-art metal Additive Manufacturing (Direct Metal Laser Sintering [DMLS]) machines offer high performance, reliability and, more importantly, repeatability, generating consistent parts with the same mechanical properties over and over again. They rapidly translate 3D CAD data into metal components with excellent detail resolution and part quality. The latest M280 technology takes advantage of a ‘dual-spot’ laser allowing feature sizes as small as 0.4mm to be built. With a machine build envelope of 250x250x325mm (including platform), many medium to small parts can be built in hours and days versus days and weeks using traditional subtractive manufacturing processes.
