Each project carried out is weld mapped for full company monitoring and traceability of all fabrication information. Dependent upon client needs, a certain percentage of Non Destructive Testing, is implemented throughout each project. NDT allows traceability to ascertain which qualified welder was assigned to certain welds, and clear recognition to which welds have undertaken any NDT. All NDT is executed by Oceaneering International Services Ltd, an established NDT company offering a personalised and professional service covering all aspects of quality assurance. Our shop and office personnel analyse every aspect of any job undertaken by our skilled workforce, and meetings are held on a monthly basis to review and discuss improvements to our work policy. Our policies and practices have been seen to be effective and we have a proven track record which stands against any chosen measure or evaluation. All of our welders are tested to ASME 1X, EU187, Class 1 BS2633, and Class 2 BS2973, - tried and tested credentials which are readily available for your inspection.
