Anyone can make an engine look like new. Only Continental Motors can build it like new. A factory-rebuilt engine is a zero-time engine “built as new” using the same production process as OEM new engines. Only the manufacturer is authorised to rebuild the engine to zero time with factory parts meeting new limits
