Amada’s highly efficient Parts Department provides a range of services and products to ensure the effective running and upkeep of your machines. Amada carries a wide stock of replacement parts for our current and preceding machine range. If we don’t have the part here we have access to European and Worldwide stock ensuring prompt replacement of faulty parts and so reducing machine downtime. With Amada’s consumable products, which include oils, filters and laser optics, you can ensure your machine is running at optimum performance. Regular oil/filter changes are key to reducing the risk of unexpected and costly hydraulic system failures. Our HMF range of oils is competitively priced and has been developed specifically for the Amada range. We stock a complete range of laser optics from lenses to internal mirrors, to ensure optimum cutting quality is maintained. A comprehensive range of ancillary products are also available from our parts department to enhance machine productivity and enable safer material handling. Our handy lens stress analyser allows early diagnosis of lens stress, which would lead to poor cut quality or even lens failure. We also provide sheet support arms, back-gauge fingers and support tables. Amada also provides CNC upgrades and disc drive replacements. We have a comprehensive range of replacement CNC options for press brakes. These are complemented by a handy USB interface which replaces the old floppy disc drive and allows large numbers of programmes to be stored on a memory stick.
