Asgard commonly make CNC turned parts to within 10 micron tolerances. Our CNC machines all have cross drilling and milling capability and all have sub spindles.

This removes the requirements for “secondary operations” meaning the parts are fully finished and complete, offering the added benefit of lowering time and cost, but with improved accuracy.

We use state of the art CNC Sliding Head lathes from Star. With a variety of 16mm, 20mm and 32mm capacity machines we are able to create incredibly accurate and complex parts down to 0.5 mm in diameter and up to 1 metre in length.
