Batchelor Polyurethanes is a family owned company established in 1993. We have over 150 years of knowledge and experience in polyurethane manufacturing. We produce polyurethane leak and pressure test seals and polyurethane sheets, polyurethane mouldings, polyurethane seals, polyurethane coated wheels and rollers, polyurethane rods as well as an extensive range of polyurethane products.

Our fully equipped toolroom allows us to manufacture our own moulds as well as offering a range of polyurethane machining services. As Birmingham polyurethane manufacturers we work closely with our customers to ensure that all polyurethane products we make are suitable for the application intended. We regularly work alongside design engineers who are developing new polyurethane products.
