About Us

Starting out in 1992, Carrs Welding Technologies are a small family owned firm, who are specialist in laser welding.

We have 11 different lasers for doing welding repairs and contract laser welding on clients products.

We have 3 laser welding stations dedicated to breakdowns and jobs needing rapid turnaround.

We also develop new welding procedures for customers, who have new products that need welding and testing.

Then 2 big lasers for doing high powered deep welds up to 7mm deep.

We have a 150 watt pulsed laser mounted on a robot, for small welds but on large components.

We a dedicated rotary laser welded for small round assemblies up-to 2mm penetration.
